4. Creating an Account

You agree to:

• Be responsible for activity under your account

• You own your content.
• By saving it, you give us a licence to store and display it so the Services work.

We aim for uptime but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be removed.

Sortiq is free for now. Paid plans may be introduced in future, with details published in updated Terms.

10. Third-Party Content

Links saved in Sortiq may lead to other sites. We don't control or take responsibility for third-party content.

11. Indemnity

You agree to protect and indemnify Sortiq Ltd against claims arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your content
• Your breach of these Terms

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Sortiq is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will always be reliable, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

13. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of Sortiq.

Your statutory UK consumer rights are not affected.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. We'll notify you if major changes are made. Continued use = acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the English courts.
